Alopecia is the medical term used to describe partial hair loss or baldness. In the next article we will discuss hair loss and types of permanent hair loss.
Most people experience hair loss as you age. However, people are increasingly discovering that your hair is becoming increasingly thin, bald areas have emerged and the scalp is clearly visible when looking in the mirror. Hair loss affects not only men but many women of all ages.
This condition can affect any body part that is covered with hair including the scalp, eyebrows, beard or pubic area.
