We can fall into a rut, seeing he same co-workers, patients, and staff everyday. This rut can be dangerous, making a person move through their job like a robot, never taking the time to learn new skills or new ways of looking at problems. A nurse who is bored, is not the best nurse to her patients. Sometimes, a new challenge is needed. Consider changing jobs if you are feeling bored or restless in you current position.
